Arrival by car from north, left side of the Rhine (A 57):
Drive until the motorway interchange 'Kreuz Köln Nord'. Change to A 1 in direction to 'Koblenz'. Drive on until the motorway interchange 'Kreuz Köln West'. Continue on A 4 in direction to 'Olpe'. Drive further until the motorway interchange 'Kreuz Gremberg'. Now you leave for A 559 in direction to 'Köln Deutz'. Refer to the on spot description for further instructions.

Arrival by car from north or south, right side of the Rhine (A 3):
Drive until the motorway interchange triangle 'Heumar'. Change to A 4 in direction to 'Aachen'. Drive on until the motorway interchange 'Kreuz Gremberg'. Now you change to  A 559 in direction to 'Köln Deutz'. Refer to the on spot description for further instructions.

Arrival by car from south, left side of the Rhine (A 61/A 1):
Drive until the motorway interchange 'Kreuz Köln West'. Change to A 4 in direction to 'Olpe'. Drive on until the motorway interchange 'Kreuz Gremberg'. Now you change to A 559 in direction to 'Köln Deutz'. Refer to the on spot description for further instructions.

On the spot:
Take the right lane on A 559 and leave the motorway at 'Köln Severinsbrücke'. Shortly after you leave again for 'Deutz/Poll'. At the next crossing you turn left into 'Siegburger Straße' in direction for 'Poll'. At the next traffic light you turn left again into 'Kaltenbornweg'. Deutsche Card Services is located in the bulding at the corner.

Visitor parking lots:
To get to the parking lots for visitors and the entrance of the underground parking you have to drive to the back of the bulding. To do so, turn left after the green space in the middle of the road.

Arrival by train:
From the central station you can take a cab (approx. 12 Euro). As an alternative you can ride the tram. At the central station you can take the lines 16, 17, 18 or 19 to get to 'Neumarkt'. Now you change to the lines 7 or 8 and drive on until the stop 'Drehbrücke'. From here you continue by walking on 'Siegburger Straße' in the same direction you were driving with the tram. After approx. 500 meters you get to a traffic light where the 'Kaltenbornweg' ends into 'Siegburger Straße'. Deutsche Card Services is located on the left hand side of the crossing.
From Deutzer Bahnhof you can take a cab (approx. 6 Euro). As an alternative you can take the tram line 1 in direction to 'Deutzer Freiheit' or walk there (approx. 4 minutes). At 'Deutzer Freiheit' you take the tram lines 7 or 8 in direction to 'Zündorf' and drive until the stop 'Drehbrücke'. From here you continue by walking on 'Siegburger Straße' in the same direction you were driving with the tram. After approx. 500 meters you get to a traffic light where the 'Kaltenbornweg' ends into 'Siegburger Straße'. Deutsche Card Services is located on the left hand side of the crossing.

Arrival by plane:
From the airport Cologne/Bonn you can take a cab (approx. 25 Euro). As an alternative you can take the suburban railway line 13 in direction to 'Köln' until the stop 'Köln Messe/Deutz'. From there you can either take a cab (approx. 6 Euro) or can continue by riding the tram. Take the tram line 1 in direction to 'Deutzer Freiheit' or walk there (approx. 4 minutes). At 'Deutzer Freiheit' you take the tram lines 7 or 8 in direction to 'Zündorf' and drive until the stop 'Drehbrücke'. From here you continue by walking on 'Siegburger Straße' in the same direction you were driving with the tram.
